Life

Movement is a very important thing. When there is movement there is also differentiation. Differentiate is what reality is all about. For example, a mountain we probably see it the same but the sky above it always will be seen different. That is because there is movement!

Now then, bodies floating around space seems to move sluggishly. Yet when a star explodes or something like this, there you have a good movement and then is when talking about energy is worth.

Energy, talking in terms according to my own ignorance, is a very accelerated movement. As the absolute wholeness, in order to pretend not to be (to differentiate itself), needs movement, then energy is the most convenient.

Those sluggish bodies we were talking about, in a previous moment were going like mad at son-of-a-thousand speed until they were slowing down. Well, this abstractly talking or again in terms according... (please don’t ask what the hell I’m talking about) Then they just remained. Is that acceptable, productive, optimum? Well, to some extent. But, what if there may be a system of energy that works autonomously, that is to say, keeping, processing and producing energy? Well here it is: Life.

Life, dear amiguitos, is something that by nature will try to perpetuate itself. We, humans, as living beings (or branches of the business) not only do it for an inner impulse but we are encouraged to do it so after an idea - the more obsessive the better - called “I”

In his turn, humankind has created energy systems, machines, but they lack an inherent will of self-preservation, and because of that is not appropriated think of them as “alive” That takes us to the matter of robots and androids.

As human subordinates entities and taking into account those three laws about robotics from Isaac Asimov (see the book “I Robot”, or the movie, or all those books and movies which mention these laws), their self-preservation will is conditioned, or even better, “limited” Anyway in case of human inclination to excesses give a consciousness to one of these machines, that new BEING will become a competitor along with us and the other species in the fight for survival.
